Sierra STEM is hosting monthly STEM Nights on Friday evenings, December through April!
Kids in grades K-8 will spend a fun night learning through hands-on experiments, arts & crafts, and games while parents have a kid-free date night!
What? Each Friday Night Science Club session includes:
Up to four hours of childcare and hands-on science activities!
Dinner (can you say June Pie?!)
Flexible dropoff and pickup within the 5-9 PM window
All dissection/experimental equipment and art materials
Who? Any child in grades K-8
When? Dropoff/Pickup anytime from 5 PM to 9 PM on each Friday
Where? June Lake Community Center
What about the parents?! Each month, we partner with local restaurants to offer discounts to FNSC parents on a date night!

How to Sign Up
Our goal is to make Friday Night Science Club accessible to every kid in Mono County. To that end, we are implementing a sliding scale payment option for each program.
Sliding Scale Payment Options
We strongly believe every kid should have access to our programs, regardless of financial circumstances.
To make this possible, we are trying out a sliding scale payment system. $100 covers the full cost of planning, materials, food, and execution of each program for one child and helps sustain our efforts, but families can choose any of the following options that best fits their budget:
$150 registration fee (This option covers the full cost and sustains our ability to offer these programs on a sliding scale!)
$125 registration fee (This option covers the full cost and sustains our ability to offer these programs on a sliding scale!)
$100 registration fee
$75 registration fee
$50 registration fee
$25 registration fee

How it works:
Select the amount that feels right for your family during registration.
Your selection is private and will not affect your child’s experience in the program.
Your support helps us continue offering this opportunity to more kids in our community.
