The Education Director will focus on (1) Program Development; (2) Program Direction and Facilitation; and (3) Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. This individual will shape the future of our programming, curriculum, and partnerships, while also shaping the futures of hundreds of kids every year.

Operations Director

Join Sierra STEM’s year-round staff in a crucial new role responsible for managing the behind-the-scenes work it takes to bring custom outdoor education programs to students! The Operations Director will focus on (1) Office Administration; (2) Program Logistics and Support; and (3) Development. This individual will be intimately involved in the growth and administration of every aspect of our organization, and will be a key strategic thought partner on our team.
